This is a role for a driven Sales Executive who gets a buzz from opening doors, building pipelines, and closing deals. You ll be trusted to hunt, rewarded for results, and supported by a business that genuinely invests in its salespeople.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through outbound activity
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets
* Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
* Follow up on inbound enquiries promptly and professionally
* Research target markets, sectors, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities
* Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities within the CRM system
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in a targeted, new business, or outbound sales environment
* Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
* A confident, resilient, and self‑motivated approach to sales
* The ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
* A results‑driven mindset with a genuine hunger to exceed targets
* Commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities
* Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
