Job Title: HR Officer
Location: City of London
Role: 6-month Fixed Term Contract
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (4 days in office)
Salary: up to £55,000 per annum
Requirements: Law firm Experience desired

The firm provides sophisticated cross‑border legal counsel. Its core capabilities include structured finance, banking and finance, corporate/M&A, real estate finance, and litigation and restructuring.
The role
In your new role as HR Officer, you will be providing generalist support to the HR function, your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Preparing documentation, coordinating introductions and departures, delivering a smooth experience for new joiners and departing employees.Managing employee absences, including tracking leave and coordinating documentation.Generating reports for management as requested.Managing low risk employee relations situations.What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience in a similar HR role at a law firm.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.IT Proficient.
