The job
You’ll successfully manage end-to-end recruitment projects, delivering excellence for clients and results for Craft, transforming studios, defining businesses and moving categories along the way.
To excel as a Senior Recruiter in the design world, here are the traits we consider essential:
* Committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships with your clients
* Confidently attracting and developing your candidate network
* Unearthing opportunities and taking action, backed up with top negotiation and sales management skills
* Understanding the value of, and actively embracing, good working practices
* An ambitious attitude, positive personality and consultative approach
We’ve consistently grown our company over a decade; this is a business built on positive momentum, not the rollercoaster of a typical recruitment business. 2025 is already our most successful year to date, and we’re looking to grow with intent.
This is an opportunity best suited to somebody based in London. 80% of our team work from our Manchester HQ two days a week, but our remote workers join us around once a month for key team meets.
