Job Description:
30 hours per week, full year, ideally Monday to Thursday.
We are seeking a professional and well-organized individual to provide generalist support within a busy HR department. Responsibilities include conducting recruitment interviews and supporting case work as needed.
The role involves specific duties related to staff development, pensions, and leavers. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, highly proficient in IT (particularly Word and Excel), and experienced in a customer-focused HR environment. Candidates should also hold (or be willing to pursue) a Level 3 CIPD qualification, along with Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
Please note that if selected for the next stage, attendance at the College’s premises will be required unless there are exceptional circumstances.
The position is primarily based at Blossomfield Campus, with potential travel to Woodlands Campus or Stratford-upon-Avon College.
