Sales Executive/Manager – Consumer Exhibitions
£25,000 – £35,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission
Hybrid – Guildford (min. 3 days office-based)
We’re working with the award-winning team on an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive/Manager DOE to take the commercial lead across a high-growth consumer sports event.
This role is perfect for a high-performing sales professional ready to take the step into strategic ownership and ready to broaden their commercial scope. You’ll be working directly with senior leadership, shaping event propositions, building revenue strategies, and leading on sales performance.
What you’ll be doing:
• Lead the commercial strategy and hit sales targets across stands, sponsorships, and delegates
• Build strong client relationships and represent the brand at events
• Manage pipelines and forecasts through the CRM system
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, and Content teams to deliver successful events
• Help shape pricing, processes, and performance improvements across the business
You’ll be:
• Commercially focused with a passion for driving revenue
• 2+ years' experience in sales (event sales or B2C/B2B exhibitions preferred)
• Confident selling over the phone and face-to-face
• Organised, detail-oriented and KPI-driven
• Eager to step into a leadership role or enhance your strategic input
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic forecasting/reporting
