Role Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and induction for plant operators
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external personnel
* Work closely with managers and project teams to ensure smooth deployment
* Implement workforce planning strategies to meet project demands
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with site personnel and clients
* Deliver excellent customer service and manage expectations
* Maintain accurate records using internal systems and apps
* Ensure GDPR compliance when handling confidential information
* Resolve operational challenges proactively
* Support key accounts including HS2 and regional recruitment needs
What you'll bring:
The ideal candidate will bring passion, drive, and strong communication skills. You’ll need to be confident managing multiple priorities and comfortable working with high volumes
* Independent and proactive with initiative
* Strong communicator across phone, email, and in-person
* Resilient under pressure with attention to detail
* Results-driven and focused on team targets
* Decisive and organised with excellent time management
* Tech-savvy with Microsoft Excel and data entry systems
* Recruitment or document control experience is desirable
