Job Description: In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality software solutions and supporting our customers’ technology needs. You’ll work closely with Solution Architects, stakeholders, and a cross‑functional delivery team to design, build and maintain robust systems across a diverse technology landscape. In this role your responsibilities include: Assist Solution Architects with design activities and contribute to technical discussions. Attend customer meetings and workshops to understand requirements and provide technical insight. Design, develop, and test software enhancements, integrations, APIs, and system changes aligned with enterprise architecture and customer needs. Provide third‑line support for live systems, ensuring timely issue resolution within SLAs. Lead the IT relationship for designated customers, building a strong understanding of their goals, priorities, and workstreams. Schedule and coordinate work across a matrix‑managed team including BAs, Solution Architects, Developers, and QAs. Drive delivery against agreed plans, ensuring progress is tracked, communicated, and reported consistently. Contribute to estimations and planning activities, keeping Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and senior stakeholders informed. Maintain accurate documentation in Jira and Confluence, following agreed working principles. Mentor junior developers and support the ongoing capability development of the team.
