Key Responsibilities: As our HR Administrator, you will:
1. Assist the HR & Training team with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with new starter requirements, security clearances, and airside passes
2. Perform data entry and record-keeping, tracking personnel training, certifications, and course evaluations for both internal use and compliance with regulatory agencies
3. Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference and background checks
4. Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and various ad-hoc projects
5. Manage external stakeholders for course bookings, materials arrangement, and tracking
6. Help coordinate the Company's induction week, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience
7. Assist in managing documentation and administrative tasks related to the company's apprenticeship scheme
What We're Looking For: Our ideal candidate will have:
8. Previous administration experience (essential)
9. Experience within a training team or HR environment (desirable)
10. A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
11. Strong organisational skills and the capability to prioritise tasks effectively
12. Proficiency in Microsoft and the ability to quickly learn HRIS systems
