The prime tasks and responsibilities for this role are:
1. This is a sales role based at The Yacht Club in Southampton responsible for sales performance across a defined area.
2. This role is responsible for the areas annual berthing sales performance working with Marina Managers and the Operations team and targeting new annual berth holders from our competitors. Including other income lines such as storage, new boatyard enquires and possible commercial sales.
3. You will be expected to review and manage the sales funnel for your area, achieve sales volume and conversion KPIs. You will be expected to brief the Marina Managers and their teams as required on the sales pipeline for their site.
4. You will be responsible for updating your productivity through the Atreemo (CRM) system ensuring all KPI reporting is accurate and up to date.
5. You will assist the marketing team, through the NPS scores seen for your area and help them to ensure prospecting communications relate to the sale of any of our core income lines.
6. You will support the Marina Managers who have ultimate responsibility for marina berth sales.
7. You will provide the Sales and Marketing Director with meaningful information about the marketplace including customer feedback and competitor analysis.
