We have a great opportunity for a cook in charge to run the catering at the castle museum Norwich in our new kitchen and café. You will need a background in catering, a high standard of food production and food safety. You will need the ability to assist in training, supporting and mentoring your team. You will need to work with your manager to prepare food for functions as well as for the daily running of the café.

* Lead the catering operation at Norwich Castle Museum, in the new kitchen and café.
