This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring our buildings, facilities and support services provide a high‑quality, safe and sustainable environment for our officers, staff and partners—enabling the effective delivery of policing services to our communities. You will oversee the entire estates life-cycle including strategy development and delivery, capital projects, asset management (including lease and service charge management), maintenance, sustainability programmes, facilities operations and essential support services.
