About the Role
You'll be based at the Ilkeston office but will take ownership of sales across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Leicestershire. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be selling from both our online catalogue and an upcoming industrial/commercial product range.
What You'll Be Doing
* Proactively generating leads and cold calling potential clients
* Promoting a wide range of products to industrial and commercial customers
* Building lasting relationships that turn into repeat business
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets (with commission incentives!)
* Attending training sessions to stay sharp on product knowledge
What We're Looking For
* Proven background in sales — ideally in an industrial/commercial setting (e.g., sale of industrial products, tooling, industrial products, etc.)
* Experienced with cold calling and prospecting
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain and building on relationships
* A go-getter attitude — self-motivated, goal-focused, and resilient
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
