Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive role within the Volvo brand based in Northampton. You will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting and promoting new and approved used Selekt Volvo models, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, prospecting potential clients, handling test drives, negotiating sales, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves staying up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to best support customer needs. This role does include weekend working hours.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding service
* Product knowledge and sales skills, including the ability to conduct demonstrations and negotiate effectively
* Organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet sales targets
* Experience in automotive sales is preferred; but not essential
* A full UK driving licence is required
* Self‑motivation, team collaboration, and a professional approach to all aspects of the role
