Key Responsibilities
* Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable software solutions.
* Develop and enhance modules within enterprise systems, coding advanced portions as needed.
* Plan and execute system feature deployments, ensuring successful integration and life cycle maintenance.
* Consolidate requirements to identify future-proof solutions aligned with business needs.
* Perform performance tuning to ensure optimal system functionality.
* Recommend and implement Agile best practices, design, and development principles.
Required Skills/Qualifications
* Expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter, including Cloud migration and configuration/customization for new products.
* Strong knowledge of insurance domain and claims processes.
* Experience integrating Guidewire with third-party and broker systems.
* Hands‑on experience with GOSU programming, XML, PCF, REST, and SOAP.
* Programming languages: Java, Python, PL/SQL
* Development frameworks: Spring Boot, React, Angular
* Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL
