We’re partnering with a well‑established and highly respected Scottish food manufacturer, known for delivering high‑quality products to major retailers and food‑service customers across the UK and beyond. With decades of heritage behind them and a reputation for quality, consistency and innovation, they are a major employer in the region and a recognised name within the industry.
They are now looking for a strong, commercially aware HR Manager to lead the HR function on site in East Kilbride.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an HR Manager within food manufacturing (this is essential)
* Strong ER background with the confidence to manage complex cases
* Experience working in fast‑paced, labour‑intensive environments
* Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation
* Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
The Role
* Lead all site HR activity
* Manage employee relations, performance management and engagement
* Support and coach line managers
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
* Drive HR best practice and continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
* Support business change and growth initiatives
