Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + £6,500 Car Allowance

We are working on behalf of a leading UK Tier 1 main contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a high-profile defence project on an RAF base in Lincolnshire.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards in a secure environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing site activities, subcontractors and direct labour

Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety and security procedures

Coordinating works with the wider project team and client representatives

Maintaining programme milestones and quality standards

Producing site reports and contributing to project meetings

What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
*
Experience working in secure or regulated environments (defence, MOD, infrastructure or similar)
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
*
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
