My client is a main car dealership based in Shirley and they are currently looking for Sales Executives to join their team.
Used and or New Car Sales Executive Role:
1. Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive
2. Must have experience of and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
3. Proven track record of meeting objectives
4. You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis
5. You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills
6. You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment
7. You must be smart in appearance and well organised
Additional Requirement:
8. To meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly
9. To deliver excellent customer satisfaction
10. To achieve and maintain a high level of new and used vehicle sales including add-on sales
11. To actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business
12. You must have a valid UK driving licence
Job Location – Shirley
The basic is £18,000 with an OTE of around 55k
Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30 am to 6pm (5 on a sat) – day off each week, Sundays on Rota
