Are you a confident communicator who thrives on guiding people to the right learning journey—and knows how to track, follow up, and build relationships at scale?
At Cambridge Professional Academy, we’re growing our team of Qualifications Advisors. You’ll be helping individuals and employers navigate our range of apprenticeship programmes and professional qualifications—including sales, marketing, management, and leadership training.
This is a mid-level, home-based role suited to someone with strong sales skills and the tech-savvy mindset to make the most of CRM systems and modern outreach tools.
What You'll Be Doing
🔹 Inbound
* Following up warm leads from our marketing team.
* Asking the right questions to uncover needs, handle objections, and advise on next steps.
* Helping individuals and companies select the most appropriate qualifications or apprenticeships.
🔹 Outbound
* Reaching out to businesses (typically SMEs) who could benefit from apprenticeships.
* Building connections via phone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Nurturing employer relationships and booking exploratory calls where appropriate.
What You’ll Need
* A background in sales, recruitment, or learning and development advisory.
* Confidence in consultative selling and a proactive approach to outreach.
* Excellent questioning, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience using CRM platforms – ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Teams, and other online platforms.
* Knowledge of apprenticeships and professional qualifications is advantageous, but not essential.
