My client is looking for an experienced new homes sales consultant to work on an exciting development in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 5* developer and play a key role in the success of a brand-new residential development.
The role
* Guiding buyers through the sales process, from initial enquiry to reservation and completion.
* Working from a stunning marketing suite
* Provide an exceptional customer experience whilst driving sales and meeting targets.
* Managing enquiries, conducting viewings, and converting leads into sales.
* Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and stakeholders to progress sales efficiently.
* Ensuring the marketing suite and show homes are presented to a high standard
About You
* Proven experience in property sales, whether with a house builder, housing association, or estate agency.
* Strong customer service and negotiation skills, along with a results-driven mindset, are essential.
* A passion for property and the ability to build strong relationships with buyers is key.
The Details
* Up to £32,350, £50k+ OTE
* 2 consecutive days off
* 1 full weekend off per month
* 10am-5pm working hours
