The role will be part of a small, but powerful HR and Recruitment team, and be responsible for providing end to end recruitment for a specific set of business stakeholders.

Operating in 100 countries, we have 330,000 lifts worldwide using our technology. With 2 manufacturing plants Orona is Number 1 in Europe in terms of complete lift production capacity.
We are seeking a talented In House Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As an In House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, fit and cultural alignment
4. Coordinate and participate in face to face interviews with candidates
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
6. Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
7. Support wider HR team with onboarding
8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
10. Build candidate pipelines
11. Provide regular Market data updates and benchmarking information
12. Deliver recruitment training to hiring managers
Requirements
13. Proven work experience as an In House Recruiter or similar role
14. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques, and bringing new ideas for new solutions to meet business needs
15. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, and a thorough understanding of employment law and compliance with relevant regulations (ie GDPR) in recruitment
16. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
17. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
18. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
19. Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
20. Experience of hiring field and office-based employees
21. Industry experience is preferred but not essential
