Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter who can speak English and Romanian Language to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organisation. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources practices and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will utilise various tools and platforms to enhance lead generation and manage the recruitment process efficiently.
Duties
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers.
* Engage in lead generation activities through social media management and networking platforms.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
* Collaborate with HRIS systems to ensure accurate tracking of candidate data and compliance with company policies.
* Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring a continuous flow of talent into the organisation.
* Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process.
Skills
* Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, with a strong understanding of HR practices.
* Proficiency in lead generation techniques and social media management for recruiting purposes.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
* Strong relationship management skills to foster connections with candidates and internal teams.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
