The Project
You will be responsible for managing the internal refurbishment of an active medical imaging department, including:
1. Full interior redecoration
2. Installation of new suspended ceilings
3. Overseeing mechanical and electrical upgrades, including ventilation and services integration (common in healthcare refurbishments)
4. Coordinating specialist trades throughout the fit out of a clinical unit, including compliance-led alterations, infection-control considerations, and equipment-ready spaces (typical requirements in hospital refurbishment projects)

Key Responsibilities
6. Daily management of all site activities
7. Coordination of subcontractors across decoration, ceilings, M&E, and specialist clinical fit-out works
8. Ensuring strict adherence to hospital protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards (critical in healthcare fit-outs)
9. Programme management, short-term planning, and daily reporting
10. Working closely with estates, clinical teams, and project consultants
11. Maintaining excellent communication in a sensitive, patient-facing environment
Experience Required
12. Previous experience managing refurbishment projects within hospitals
13. Proven track record delivering high-standard interior refurbishment projects
