They have very exciting future plans and it is a great time to be joining thispany. They are recruiting for a junior HR Officer. This is a 12-month contract role initially. Hours of work is Monday – Friday 9-5, hours a week and can potentially offer hybrid working after training. Salary for this role is circa 32k.
The RoleYou will be working in a HR team with 3 others. Duties include:
1. Act as first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries
2. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
3. Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
4. Manage absence, probation and performance review processes
5. Assist with recruitment, onboarding and contract preparation
6. Maintain HR systems, personnel files and data integrity
7. Coordinate training and development activities and support wider HR projects
8. Promote employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
9. Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends
