Your New Role
As an experienced site manager, you will oversee the construction of a commercial project near Kings Lynn. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
2. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
5. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
6. Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
7. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, preferably in care home projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
