Job Summary
Reporting to the Team Leader, LRG is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Manchester. As a Customer Service Advisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact, assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments, providing information and cross-selling our additional services.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact previous and current clients to discuss the opportunities LRG can offer.
* Showcase excellent customer service skills and build rapport with customers.
* Process customers' online applications and convert them to appointments/leads for local branches.
* Assist in the sales process by promoting products/services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
* Work towards achieving KPI’s set by the Managers.
