Overview The Cavendish Education Trust is recruiting a Head of Estates. The role is full‑time, permanent and 37 hours per week. The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 8am–4pm and Friday 8am–3.30pm. The position is based at Cavendish School but the successful candidate will regularly visit Roselands Infants School and Stafford Junior School.
Salary: Single Status Grade 11 (£40,109–£42,899). Annual leave entitlement per year. The role is 52 weeks per year.

Responsibilities Lead on the Trust's building projects including planning and development to enhance premises across all schools.
Lead on Health and Safety for the Trust and ensure that all statutory and compliance requirements are met across the schools.
Manage the site staff across all school sites and be a valued team player.
Act as an excellent communicator and negotiator, liaising with school staff and contractors.
Lead on contractual services, including grounds maintenance, and be the Trust's lead on environment and sustainability plans.
Qualifications & Requirements Applicants must have experience in estate management, building projects and health and safety. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team. A commitment to safeguarding and a willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check are required.
