Job Description
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. The Senior Recruiter acts as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They focus on delivering top talent and providing proactive communication on search status. They stay informed on industry trends impacting recruitment and mentor team members. They operate as a Recruitment Business Partner, supported by Sourcing and Admin teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to define specifications.
* Review applicants promptly via the applicant tracking system.
* Build and implement targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.
* Source candidates using resume databases, networking, social media, deep web sourcing, and sophisticated Boolean searches.
* Generate passive candidate lists through subscriptions and technologies.
* Solicit referrals from networks and internal sources.
* Use proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns to talent communities.
* Engage with talent through various media channels, including phone, email, social media, and networking.
* Provide tailored value propositions to candidates.
* Prepare candidates for interviews, including logistical details and expectations.
* Keep candidates updated on their application status and interest levels.
* Conduct professional interviews with industry-specific questions and navigate difficult conversations.
* Assess candidate fit through skills, cultural, and team considerations.
* Administer skills testing and review background checks as needed.
* Maintain candidate engagement and build a strong talent pipeline.
* Update hiring managers on market changes and search progress.
* Articulate job offers and partner with managers to secure acceptance.
* Ensure compliance with OFCCP and other regulations.
* Demonstrate industry and practice expertise.
* Deliver strong candidate slates and provide recruiting reports.
* Identify and solve search challenges collaboratively.
* Communicate search status proactively to stakeholders.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Experience:
* At least five years of results-oriented recruiting experience in in-house, RPO, or agency settings.
Exposure:
* Industry or niche segment expertise.
* Proficiency with recruiting technologies to improve efficiency.
* Adherence to documentation and compliance standards.
* Experience with deep web sourcing techniques.
