14 hours per week (Thur–Fri, 8:30am to 4:30pm with a one hour lunchbreak)
Term Time only (39 Weeks) inc INSET days
We are a popular primary school in South West London seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work under the direction of the Assistant Head for Inclusion.
A proven ability to empathise with and relate to young children is essential.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
* The confidence to demonstrate the ability to manage pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
* A keen interest in education and child development.
* Drive, ambition, and the ability to challenge, inspire and motivate.
* Good literacy, numeracy, communication and IT skills.
