We are expanding our sales team and are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to specialise in both new and used car sales and deliver a world‑class customer experience.

Salary: £25,000 per annum, £75,000 OTE un‑capped
Hours: 44 hours per week
Location: Eastbourne, England, United Kingdom
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via email, telephone and in person to create a welcoming environment at all times.
* Listen intently to customers’ wants and needs, and suggest suitable vehicles that match their requirements.
* Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
* Negotiate the final price for the sale.
* Complete the relevant paperwork for each sale.
* Liaise with all relevant departments throughout the sales process to ensure an efficient and smooth transaction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, and be passionate about the role. Ambition, hard work, and the ability to hit targets are essential. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
