Our client, an ambitious HR technology business, is expanding their UK presence and looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a chance to take ownership of new business development, work closely with senior leadership, and make a tangible impact on the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities through your own outreach and inbound leads
* Deliver compelling product demos and presentations, both virtually and in-person
* Manage opportunities from initial contact to contract signature
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers across HR, finance, operations, and leadership teams
* Negotiate terms and close deals while consistently meeting or exceeding targets
* Keep accurate pipeline records and provide regular updates to the leadership team
* Represent the company at events and through other networking activities
Who we’re looking for
* Proven B2B sales experience (2+ years), ideally with SaaS or technology solutions
* A strong history of meeting and exceeding targets
* HR tech experience is a big advantage, but enthusiasm and a results-driven attitude are essential
