Background
We are looking to appoint two exceptional individuals (1 x full time 35 hours and 1 x part-time28 hours) to join our HR Administration team based in Tooting, as an HR Officer for a fixedterm contract or on secondment until end of July 2026. Providing a highly professional,proactive HR service to our staff and managers based at our Tooting campus
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in our HR Officer team supporting staff and managers on the full HRadministration remit as part of the integrated HR Directorate. You will work with HR BusinessPartners, HR Team Leader (Employee Admin), Recruitment Co-Ordinator and HRIS Officerand report to one of the HR Business Partners
Person Specification
To be successful in this role you will need to have: • Proven HR administration and HR systems experience • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal • High level of accuracy and attention to detail including when under pressure • Passion for delivering a great customer service • High level of prioritisation and organisation to manage a high volume of work • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel, and experience in using an HR systems • Ability to process, manage and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information • Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with ability to work unsupervised
