About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading social housing contractor, delivering high-quality Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment contracts across occupied properties. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact in residents' homes while managing well-structured programs in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Oversee trades and subcontractors to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with health & safety regulations. Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal teams to maintain smooth communication and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality control procedures are adhered to. Manage site documentation, progress reports, and updates to senior management. Requirements: Minimum Gold CSCS Card Full UK Driving Licence Proven experience managing Kitchen & Bathroom schemes within the social housing sector, particularly in occupied properties. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Why Apply?
