What to expect
As a graduate, you’ll be at the heart of the project, gaining invaluable hands‑on experience for you to thrive in an evolving industry. During the programme you will have the opportunity to:
* Work on programmes of works set out by the Contracts Manager or Site Manager
* Have a clear understanding of planned work and communicate this to the team/subcontractor
* Create and maintain accurate site reports
* Assist in overseeing all activities on site
* Manage resources of the project to maximise output and deliver to programme
* Regularly review the team progress against programme and conduct Site inductions
* Enforce health and safety policies in line with the Company policies and procedures
* Attend subcontractor site progress meetings
* Perform quality inspections
Who we’re looking for
* Hold a bachelor’s degree, HNC/HND in Construction or a relevant discipline
* Be willing to travel and work away from home within the UK
* Sound Commercial Awareness
* High levels of organisational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent numerical, IT and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work on initiative with minimum supervision
* Hold a full UK driving licence
