We're hiring a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join one of our key clients – a highly respected care provider – covering services in the Glasgow area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in clinical governance, home management, and quality improvement. RGN qualification is preferred but not essential.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Ensure full compliance with the Quality Assurance Framework aligned with Good Clinical Governance and safety best practices.
* Conduct regular audits covering all aspects of patient care – including clinical results, post-op care, and onward referrals.
* Carry out quality consultations audits and report on findings and action plans.
* Lead quality audits in line with the annual audit schedule.
* Champion continuous improvement in patient care quality and safety.
* Drive monthly quality assurance reporting and analysis.
* Foster a culture of awareness around quality, risk, and patient safety across all levels of the organisation.
* Promote and uphold adherence to clinical and operational policies and protocols.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong background in
Home Management
, ideally within nursing or residential care settings.
* Proven experience in
turnaround
,
quality improvement
, and working at a
regional level
.
* Deep understanding of residential/nursing home operations and standards.
* RGN Qualification –
highly desirable
.
* Skilled in
data analysis
, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing change across teams.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
