HR Manager
Location: Newport, NP19
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000
Full-time, office based. 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday rota between 09:00–17:30)

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, strategic HR role where no two days are the same. You’ll:
* Provide expert advice on complex HR and employee relations matters
* Lead and resolve challenging workplace issues with confidence and care
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures
* Drive employee engagement initiatives that make a real difference
* Analyse HR data and metrics to inform business decisions
* Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
* Contribute to senior-level discussions, shaping HR strategy and direction
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strong HR expertise with a people-first mindset:
* At least 3 years’ HR experience, including management responsibilities
* Experience working within organisations of 50+ employees
* CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 (or currently working towards)
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Strong discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
