Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in York. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles. This includes conducting test drives, negotiating pricing, handling leasing and financing options, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of the latest Mercedes Benz models and features, participating in sales training, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
* Conduct test drives and demonstrate features of Mercedes Benz models.
* Negotiate pricing and terms, including leasing and financing options.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up to build relationships.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mercedes Benz models and features.
* Participate in sales training and strive to achieve sales targets.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with CRM software is a plus
