SITE MANAGER REQUIRED
Start Date: Monday 8th June
Duration: 8-9 weeks
Location: Brighton
We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a former gym space being converted into new Prayer Rooms
Scope of Works
The strip-out phase will be complete prior to start. The Site Manager will oversee the following new-build/refurbishment works:
* Ceiling infills (following removal of a spiral staircase)
* New flooring installation
* Full decoration package
* Construction of two ablution rooms
* Electrical works
* AV installation package
Working Hours
* Monday-Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
* Friday: 07:30 - 14:00
* 40 hours per week
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience managing internal refurbishment projects
* Strong understanding of M&E coordination
* Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme
* Excellent communication and site-based leadership skills
