Your New Role
Within your new role as HR Administrator, you will support the HR Officer and HR Business Partner, delivering administration support, to contribute to the smooth running of the HR function. Your duties will range from providing HR project support, to managing schedules, to coordinating meetings. In order to be a success, you will have a proactive, positive mindset, excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
As HR Administrator, you will have a flexible approach to your duties supporting with a range of responsibilities to support the efficient, customer focused service.Your main responsibilities will include:
1. To act as the first point of contact.
2. Respond to emails via the HR mailbox.
3. Drafting contracts, letters, reports, and other documents Proof of employment letters, reference requests, flexible working confirmations.
4. Organising meetings, including booking meeting rooms spaces and circulating actions for the team in a prompt manner.
5. Taking meeting notes for the HR Partner and Chief HR Officer.
6. HR Project Support.
7. Maintaining staff handbooks, personnel files and updating newsletters.
8. Updating annual leave entitlements and carry over for staff.
9. Processing leavers.
10. Updating and maintaining records, both on paper and digitally.
11. Support the creation of new initiatives to ensure the development and improvement of processes and systems on an ongoing basis.

Alongside having previous experience in an administrative role, it is key you have strong IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office packages, to be a success within thisplex organisation.
What You Will Need
13. Previous experience in an administrative role, working in an office environment. (Ideally in a HR function).
14. Experience of working in an environment dealing with highly confidential information and sensitive information.
15. Relevant experience of using own initiative toplete tasks.
16. Practical experience of working with and entering data into databases and ensuring high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
17. Ability to showcase organisational and prioritisation skills.
18. To be open and responsive to change and innovation.
19. Reporting (Desirable).
20. Minute-taking (Desirable).
