We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to support our busy HR team. From onboarding, training admin and assisting with payroll, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and ensuring we provide a great employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
·Drafting offer letters, contracts and other HR documents
·Managing the shared HR inbox and handling queries
·Keeping employee records accurate and up to date
·Supporting the Payroll Co-ordinator with data and benefits admin
·Overseeing compliance training and maintaining trackers
·Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes
·Conducting exit interviews and reporting insights
·Maintaining our HR systems and streamlining reporting
·Being a first point of contact for general HR queries
·Assisting with employee relations and wider HR projects
What we’re looking for
·Ideally CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
·Experience working within HR
·Confident with UK employment law basics
·Strong attention to detail and good time management
·Professional, approachable, and discreet
