Overview
Think Construction are excited to be working with one of our trusted clients on a Site Manager role in Stoke. The client is a leading regional contractor that has specialised in the development and refurbishment of social housing for the past 30 years. They promote work‑life balance and offer flexibility in how you work. You will be running the sites as the number one and reporting directly to the respective Contract Managers for each project. They focus on internal promotion and progression and foster their company culture, including a social value initiative that supports local community redevelopment and refurbishment projects.
On offer to the successful candidate is a salary of up to £65,000 plus car allowance and other benefits including a 6% pension contribution, Vitality and healthcare cover.
