A company vehicle is provided to support travel between sites, ensuring you're fully equipped to lead effectively across locations.\n\nWe can Offer You:\n\nCompetitive salary: Company Vehicle, fuel card, and excellent benefits\n\t\nWork-Life Balance: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus flexibility with overtime\n\t\nHealth & Wellbeing: 24/7 GP access, mental health support, fitness programs, and more\n\t\nTraining & Growth: Ongoing professional development to keep you at the top of your game\n\nYour Role:\n\nManage and deliver Liberty contracts effectively and profitably, ensuring quality, compliance, and collaboration across departments\n\t\nTake full ownership of your contract area to provide a high-quality service to customers\n\t\nWork closely with internal teams to support smooth, efficient operations\n\t\nEnsure all works are completed on time and handed over with the required documentation and certification\n\t\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies\n\t\nDeliver projects in line with agreed programmes and update schedules as needed\n\t\nLead and coordinate subcontractors, including holding regular progress meetings\n\t\nMonitor site progress, manage materials and resources, and ensure efficient working methods\n\t\nMaintain high standards of health, safety, welfare, and environmental compliance on site\n\t\nEnsure all safety paperwork, RAMS, and permits are in place and up to date\n\t\nSupport cost management by contributing to forecasts and attending relevant financial meetings\n\t\nEnsure plant and labour resources are used efficiently and meet contract standards\n\t\nBring experience in new build, design and build projects, ideally under JCT contracts\n\t\nCoordinate with LABC, NHBC, and local authorities to ensure compliance with all requirements\n\t\nHelp deliver customer-focused, smart solutions that improve lives and exceed expectations\n\nWhat We Need from You. \n\nSMSTS, IOS, CSCS, 3 Day First Aid, Asbestos Awareness and Fire Marshall\n\t\nA full UK driving license\n\t\nGCSE or equivalent in Maths and English\n\t\nServed recognised apprenticeship and/or appropriate trade qualification\n\t\nA solid understanding of Health and Safety Regulations\n\t\nExperience with planned works contracts\n\t\nKnowledge of renewable/retrofit projects and PAS2030 processes\n\t\nFamiliar with JCT and NEC construction contracts\n\t\nProven team leadership and management skills\n\t\nBackground in social housing\n\t\nSkilled in budgeting, business planning, and performance reporting\n\t\nProficient with computerised databases and Microsoft Office\n\t\nStrong understanding of customer care and service delivery\n\t\nAble to work independently and solve problems with common sense\n\t\nComfortable working to deadlines and managing resource peaks\n\t\nWell-organised with a flexible approach\n\t\nReliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility\n\t\nCommitted to equality, diversity, and inclusive practices\n\t\nExcellent standard of customer service\n\t\nSound knowledge of Health & Safety and best practices\n\t\nEffective at managing time and workload independently\n\nWhy Liberty?\n\nWe’re a diverse, supportive team with a focus on personal development, wellbeing, and making a real difference in the communities we serve.
