Key Responsibilities:
* Convert warm B2B inbound leads into long-term clients
* Prospect and close new outbound opportunities
* Build strong relationships via calls, email, and video
* Manage your pipeline in the CRM with accuracy and ownership
* Collaborate on messaging, outreach, and strategy for B2B growth
* Provide feedback from the field to help refine product positioning and sales tool
You:
* Are confident converting both inbound interest and outbound outreach
* Previous experience in healthcare or medical sales
* Thrive in a role where you can build and shape from the ground up
* Communicate clearly and professionally across all formats
* Have a strong sense of ownership, drive, and attention to detail
* Start-up or Scale-up experience
* Data-driven, with a sharp analytical approach
* Previous experience using CRM systems
