Your new role
Carry out internal and external painting and decorating across the site, including walls, doors, and structural elements.
Perform general handyman duties such as basic joinery, patch plastering, sealing, and minor repairs.
Support the facilities and maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks and upkeep of site standards.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard with minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
Follow site-specific health and safety procedures and reporting protocols.What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in painting and general maintenance roles, ideally within commercial or industrial settings.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Good communication skills and a professional approach.
