You'll be the Site Representative for a renewables design and build company. They're at pre-construction phase for a new project in Barrow and need an experienced Site Manager to be on hand for site surveys, overseeing sub-contractors and deliveries etc.
This role will be ad hoc, approximately 6-9 days work across the month so ideal for someone who is semi-retired or already working on a few projects but have days to spare.
There's a strong health and safety focus on this role so you'll need to have SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid at Work to be considered.
We're looking for someone based in the area, travel to site/accommodation will not be expensed.
