£50k - £58k + Car Allowance/Vehicle + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)
Following a great meeting with this well established construction company who have secured a number of negotiated contracts, they have identified the need to strengthen their management team by appointing a site manager.
Projects would be in the commercial, industrial and refurbishment sectors up to £6m predominantly in the Yorkshire region – Although the first project would be in North Yorkshire.
Job Role & Responsibilities
* Site Setup
* Reading Drawings
* Daily Diaries, Tool Box Talks
* Overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and programme are achieved
* Material call offs
* Crane/Lifting Ops
* Ensuring RAMS and Company H&S procedures are adhered to
* Liaison with architect, Clerks of Works & other stakeholders
Qualifications/Background
* Recognised construction related qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND etc)
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
* Ideally will have worked in the industrial & commercial sectors
