Job Description: We are delighted to be recruiting for our client in Welwyn Garden City, they are looking for someone to start 20th October with interviews this week and Monday to Wednesday next week. About the Role They are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join their small, friendly, and lively team as an HR Assistant (Administrative Support). This role is not HR in the traditional sense but provides key assistance to their team, including liaising with agencies and coordinating staff bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be comfortable working with spreadsheets and systems, and enjoy supporting colleagues in a busy but supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team Liaise with external agencies regarding staffing requirements Book in staff and manage scheduling details Prepare and update spreadsheets, documents, and reports Draft and respond to emails professionally and promptly Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all tasks Support general office duties as required Skills & Requirements Strong IT skills, confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail Proactive, flexible, and quick to learn new tasks Organised and able to manage competing priorities A positive team player with a can-do attitude THERE IS NO WORKING FROM HOME Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, working between 7:30am 5:30pm (shifts such as 7:30am4:30pm, 8am5pm, or 8:30am5:30pm.
