Our client is an award winning business, that has an highly experienced automotive team, who have developed a fantastic name and reputation with their dealer partners across the UK. We are currently seeking an ambitious HR Manager to join a highly successful automotive company based in Buckinghamshire. As the company HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy and fostering a culture of success.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and goal setting.
Address performance issues and provide coaching to employees to improve performance.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all departments.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
~1 - 3 years experience in HR roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
~ Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
~ Strong organisational and time management skills.
~ Enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to professional development.
