Location: Loughborough Start Date: Within 2 weeks Duration: Until August 2026 Buildforce Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a large industrial construction project in Loughborough. This is a long-term opportunity with a Tier One contractor, managing the internals package through to project completion in August 2026. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the internals works, ensuring the package is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and coordinating all internals trades and subcontractors * Overseeing programme, quality, and H&S compliance * Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team * Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specs, and RAMS * Managing snagging, handovers, and reporting progress to senior management Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale industrial or commercial projects * Strong background managing internals packages * Experience working with or for Tier One contractors * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential) * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills If you’re an experienced Site Manager looking for a long-term role on a flagship industrial project, Buildforce Solutions would like to hear from you
