Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable and long-established main contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across Scotland. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for a driven professional looking to take ownership of site operations on a range of exciting developments in the wider Dundee area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site staff and suppliers.
* Maintain all site documentation, H&S compliance and progress reporting.
* Drive quality assurance and ensure work meets design specifications and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise effectively with project teams, stakeholders and senior management.
* Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep works running efficiently.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry (main contracting background preferred).
* Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations, H&S standards and best practice.
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain tight control over programme and quality.
* Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
