Community Integrated Care is looking for an accomplished and highly skilled Senior Quality Manager to join our Quality team in our South Central region on a full time permanent basis and you can be based anywhere between Derby and Portsmouth.

This role champions the needs of the people we support by providing our regional teams with the support they need to ensure their continued regulatory compliance, and to guide our teams in the delivery of exceptional and person-centred care and support - supporting people to live the best life possible.

The role will report directly to the MD for the region and will form part of the regional senior leadership team (RSLT).

Day to Day

Based In The South Central Region, You’ll Spend Your Days Leading Your Team Of Quality Excellence Specialists And Quality Advisors. You’ll Work With Regional Managers And The Regional Head Of Operations To Develop And Implement The Regional Quality Plan, Identifying And Supporting Areas Of Focus. No 2 Days Will Be The Same But Generally You’ll Be

* Having brilliant conversations - building great relationships and asking great questions and finding out how things tick - spotting and solving problems as you go
* As the Quality lead in region, you’ll be the go-to for all queries about quality, compliance, regulators, and person-centred support.
* Focussed on continuous improvement - you'll be working with senior leaders to implement and improve quality standards and using your creativity and initiative to support teams to deliver the best life possible
* Building relationships with our external partners, working to understand the regional social care context and promoting our Charity’s brand and reputation.
* Tracking, trending, and reporting - analysing the regional KPIs, quality scores, service inspection improvement notices or recommendations and then proactively taking action and leading a culture of continuous improvement and delivery
* Leading your team to undertake and analyse quality audits, regular inspections, and supporting them in a solutions based approach to drive development and improvements
* Supporting areas of concern with more complex planning and problem solving, investigating and identifying the root cause of any concerns, and supporting the teams to build and deliver brilliant solutions

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

* You might have a degree level qualification and this might be in a Social Care, health care, or related field but we recognise and value experience equally
* You’ll have experience of audits and inspections in a social care setting
* You’ll have extensive experience of quality, safety, and clinical risk management
* You’ll have worked with Local Authorities, and the wider health and social care system, and/or public sector organisations
* Experience supporting operational colleagues to manage and deliver high quality services and manage identified risks
* Experience working with CQC where issues have been raised and helping to devise action plans and recommendations to deliver positive for the people we support and share best practice
